"Good products, slower shipping than expected"
I actually liked the products once they arrived, but the shipping experience was disappointing. It took more than a week before I got any meaningful update, and the tracking just sat there without moving for days.
Maybe I ordered at a bad time, but for what I paid for shipping, I expected it to either arrive sooner or at least have clearer updates along the way. The products were fine, but the wait definitely lowered my overall impression.

My Dermadoctor order showed up in this flimsy little box with almost no padding, and the product was just rattling around inside. The outside box was crushed on one side, the cap was loose, and there was even some leakage?! For the price, I really expected them to pack it with a bit more care. Not exactly the best first impression.

I’m a bit confused. I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting for any kind of reply. I’m not sure if my message was missed or what, but I haven’t heard anything back yet

"Kind of embarrassing, but it irritated my skin"
I was really hoping this would work for me, but after using it twice my face got super red and itchy. I felt a little embarrassed walking around like that, so I had to stop using it. Just wasn’t a good match for my skin

"Looks nicer than it performs"
I picked this up thinking it would be a little more impressive for the price, but after reading the label, I was kind of let down. To be fair, the packaging makes it seem fancy, so they definitely nailed that part. The actual ingredients, though, felt like a lot of basic fillers and fragrance, which isn’t really what I was hoping for. My skin wasn’t a fan either, so I don’t see myself buying it again.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing on me. it was annoying and made the whole site feel unreliable. Not really the experience you want when you're ready to buy something.

"Got the wrong items and no real fix"
I’m particular about my skincare, so I ordered two exact products from dermadoctor.com and was really disappointed when the box showed up wrong. One item was missing completely, and the other was something I didn’t even choose. I reached out to customer service, but it took way too long to hear back, and the issue still never really got resolved. As someone who likes to stick to a routine, this was just frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
